Guess what? Air India and Vistara are officially merging on November 12! It’s wild because Vistara, known for its premium service, will soon fly its last flight as a standalone brand. To get ready, Air India’s been reshuffling its top management. Vinod Kanan, Vistara’s CEO, will continue as the Chief Integration Officer for the merger and report to Air India’s CEO. And Vistara’s Chief Commercial Officer, Deepak Rajawat, will switch to being the CFO at Air India Express.

 

They’re bringing in talent from both airlines, too, so it’s like they’re building a dream team to handle this merger smoothly. With Tata and Singapore Airlines behind it, this is one of the biggest transformations in Indian aviation—let’s see how these two brands combine their unique style
