To get ready, Air India’s been reshuffling its top management. Vinod Kanan, Vistara’s CEO, will continue as the Chief Integration Officer for the merger and report to Air India’s CEO. And Vistara’s Chief Commercial Officer, Deepak Rajawat, will switch to being the CFO at Air India Express.
