Meta Brings Back Facial Recognition to Fight Celeb Scams!

You won't believe this—Meta is bringing back facial recognition on Facebook! After shutting it down a few years ago over privacy concerns, they’re now testing it again, but only for public figures. They’re enrolling about 50,000 celebs to fight those annoying "celeb bait" scams. Basically, if scammers use a celebrity’s picture in fake ads, Meta will catch it and block the ad. The celebs can opt out if they want, but it’s all part of Meta’s effort to crack down on these scams. Interesting move, right?
